Opening the Kitchen: How We Build Software at Marotino

Hey - I’m writing this post personally, as Cezary Ostrowski, founder and CEO of Marotino.

Up until now, we’ve been posting here in a pretty… let’s call it forced way. Updates here and there, loosely describing what’s going on, but without real continuity or a clear overarching concept of how to tell our story. It never quite felt cohesive.

At some point, though—maybe after many, many years - I realized it might finally be time to start sharing things a bit more from the kitchen. How we work, what we’re actually building, how we approach projects, and what we truly deliver to our clients.

Right now, there’s a lot happening. We have many active projects, projects we successfully closed last year that carried over into the new year and are now reaching the finish line, and also quite a few initiatives that we’re fully self-funding and launching as our own products.

That’s why I hope that throughout this year -yes, it’s already February 9th, and I originally wanted to start in January - we’ll manage to post here more systematically. The goal is to show what’s really going on at Marotino: what we’re building, what’s already live, what’s coming next, and even things you can test yourself and see our finished work in action.

No marketing fluff. Just real updates, real projects, and real progress.

Let’s see where this takes us.
