Building a Restaurant App & Launching Cosmetics E-Commerce — February Update

February is slowly coming to an end, which means we’re lining up what we’re delivering in March.
The very first post about opening the kitchen went live at the beginning of February, and
honestly, this pace feels about right. I think once a month is realistic for writing something more substantial — turns out it’s not as easy as it looks to pause, reflect, and actually put things into words while everything is moving.
Restaurant Management App — Nearing Delivery
We’re gradually wrapping up a larger scope of one application in the restaurant industry — a
custom-built restaurant management platform. We’re now close to handing over a significant part of it, and at the same time, we already know we’re moving forward with the next phase: a new version with an extended feature set.
Building for restaurants has been a recurring theme in our portfolio, and each project deepens our understanding of how real operators run their businesses day-to-day.
Custom Cosmetics E-Commerce — Launching for Romania
On the internal side, we’re also nearing the finish line on building our own cosmetics e-
commerce store for the Romanian market. This is a fully self-funded venture — designed, developed, and operated by us from the ground up.
If everything goes according to plan, I’m hoping this will go live around Easter 2026. We chosen to build a custom e-commerce platform rather than go with off-the-shelf solutions, which gives us full control over the buying experience and the tech stack behind it.
What’s Next
Step by step. Shipping, closing, and opening new chapters at the same time.
More next month.
