The Client

Loventi is a Poland-based manufacturer of decorative MDF products, selling directly to consumers across Europe. They initially came to us with a specific issue: persistent errors in Google Merchant Center. Their product feeds were being rejected, and their account was flagged red. But once we scoped the full picture, it became clear that Loventi needed far more than a quick feed fix. They needed a technology partner who could help them professionally launch and scale sales across virtually every major European market.
From day one, Loventi was assigned a dedicated Account Manager on the Marotino side. This meant a single point of contact, full transparency into every stage of the process, and fast decision-making with no unnecessary bureaucracy. Our account manager coordinated the work between our R&D team and the client, ensuring that every milestone was delivered on time and aligned with expectations.

The problem

The client didn't just need a fix for today's problems. They needed a scalable infrastructure for cross-border sales — free from plugin limitations, free from language errors, and free from manual translation work.

Before partnering with Marotino, Loventi had tried to configure product feeds for Google Merchant on their own. The result was chaos. Languages were mixed within feeds — for example, a feed tagged as Slovenian contained product descriptions in German — causing Google to reject products on a massive scale. The store relied on a disorganized system of domains and subdomains with no coherent structure, and Shopify's standard translation plugins only supported up to four languages. That was far too few to match Loventi's ambitions for European expansion.

What we delivered

1

Real-Time AI Translation Automation

We built a system that automatically translates every product into 10 European languages. When the client updates a product description in their default language, all translations across every market update instantly — with zero manual intervention.

2

Localized URL Slug Generation

Every product on every market now has an automatically generated slug in the appropriate target language — readable for users and fully optimized for SEO.

3

Domain Architecture & Hreflang Implementation

We restructured the client's entire domain setup: dedicated domains mapped to the right markets, subdomains configured for remaining regions, and proper hreflang tags implemented so Google indexes each language version correctly.

4

Google Merchant Feed Repair & Optimization

Every product feed now passes Google Merchant validation without errors — full green status across all 10 markets. All products accepted and ready to sell.

5

Search Console Integration & Google Ads Readiness

The entire infrastructure was connected to Google Search Console for proper indexing and fully prepared for Google Ads campaign launches across selected markets.

A Dedicated Account Manager Through Every Stage

Loventi had a dedicated Account Manager assigned from the initial audit through implementation and into ongoing support. A single point of contact meant faster decisions, complete process transparency, and the confidence that no detail would fall through the cracks. At Marotino, we believe enterprise-level projects demand enterprise-level service.

Technology Stack

The entire solution was built on Marotino's proprietary tools. It's precisely because we have our own R&D division that we can deliver enterprise-grade solutions our clients won't find in off-the-shelf plugins or marketplace apps. When standard tools fall short, we build what's needed.

Results

All product feeds across 10 European markets now show "approved" status in Google Merchant Center. Loventi is fully equipped for cross-border sales and ready to launch ad campaigns on any market of their choosing.

Thanks to our implementation, Loventi no longer depends on third-party plugins limited to four languages, doesn't need to pay translation agencies to handle large product catalogs, and doesn't need to worry about manually updating descriptions across markets. The system runs in real time, is fully automated, and scales effortlessly — if the client decides to expand into new markets, adding a new language is simply a matter of configuration, not a rebuild.

Work is currently underway on launching the first marketing campaigns across selected markets. With full Google Merchant approval secured on every market, Loventi is now making strategic decisions about which regions to target with paid advertising first.

Why In-House R&D Makes the Difference

This project is a clear example of what sets Marotino apart from a typical e-commerce agency. We don't stop at installing ready-made plugins and configuring standard solutions. Thanks to our in-house Research & Development team, we build proprietary tools that address specific, often non-standard client needs. In Loventi's case, off-the-shelf solutions simply weren't enough — they needed automation that goes beyond the native capabilities of the Shopify platform while remaining fully compatible with it.

This model — combining deep technical expertise with a dedicated, hands-on approach to every client — is what allows us to deliver enterprise-class solutions even for companies that are just beginning to scale their international sales.
