Solution
To bring AndCo’s vision to life, we developed a fully integrated coworking and meeting space booking platform built for scale, speed, and simplicity.
The booking experience was designed with clarity and ease of use in mind, enabling users to quickly browse locations, view availability, and reserve a space in just a few taps. The platform supports a subscription-based business model, offering both monthly and annual membership plans with automated billing and renewals. We implemented a highly flexible system that allows AndCo to adjust pricing tiers and membership perks as the business evolves.
For venue integration, we created a set of custom APIs to connect with partner locations and synchronize availability in real time. This enabled instant booking confirmations and eliminated the need for manual input from venue operators. At the same time, we ensured that each partner’s unique requirements could be accommodated through configurable backend options.
Access control was handled using QR codes and NFC-based authentication, allowing users to check in seamlessly at partner venues. This contactless solution ensured that only active subscribers could enter, while also removing the need for on-site personnel to verify access.

Technologies used
To meet AndCo’s performance, scalability, and integration needs, we used a modern full-stack JavaScript approach. The frontend was developed using React.js, allowing for a responsive and highly interactive user interface. The backend was built with Node.js and Express, chosen for its speed and efficiency in handling asynchronous operations, such as API calls and real-time data sync.
For infrastructure, we deployed the platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS), leveraging services such as EC2, RDS, and S3 to ensure high availability, data redundancy, and global scalability.
Payment processing and subscription management were powered by Stripe, providing a secure, PCI-compliant solution with built-in support for recurring billing, fraud protection, and seamless payment workflows.
To handle transactional and marketing emails, we integrated Mailgun and Mailchimp, which enabled us to send timely confirmations, booking reminders, and subscription updates while maintaining high deliverability rates.
This technology stack provided the right balance of reliability, flexibility, and scalability, ensuring the platform could support rapid growth and evolving business requirements.
